RETRACTABLE SCISSORS HOLDER This sea splash designer reel has small pieces of abalone sea shell making up the cover for the holder of the retractable cord. The holder comes with a metal clip on the back of the holder to attach the holder to your garment. and a clear plastic band at the bottom with a popper to attach the holder to your scissors. The holder is clipped to your garment. As you are working you can pull the scissors and the scissors will retract out of the holder on a cord. When you have made your cut you can release the scissors and the cord will gently retract back in the holder. This is a great way to keep your scissors handy and close by rather than loosing them in the cushion covers on under things on the table.
