Don’t worry about doing the French knots as I cover French knots in lesson 4 as I stitched the French knots on the branch after I had stitched the bird.
This split stitch lines look really good, can you check the color that you used, because it looks like you use a lighter color than I did, the colors are on the color diagram on page 27 of the instruction booklet. It doesn’t matter too much if you use a different color but I wanted to let you know just in case you wanted it the same as the original embroidery.
