It is hard to see the stitches because when I zoom in on the picture, it is out of focus. When you take the photo can you get closer to the embroidery and if you are reducing the size you made it a bit small. You can email me a full size picture and I will add it.
It looks like the angle of the stitches are good, from what I can see the stitches look to be close enough together.
Make sure the long stitch goes halfway into row 2 – where the row curves the long stitches will follow the curve so they stay in the center of row 2.
