Sorry for the delay in replying to your question, I missed it.
If you look at the order chart on page 26 of the instruction booklet that came with the kit, it shows you where Section 1a is.
Please detach this chart from the instruction booklet and detach the color chart on page 27 and have them handy when you are referring to the instructions and the color PDF files.
Sorry if the drawn charts are slightly different than the embroidery it is very hard to get them exactly the same, I hand draw all the diagrams, unfortunately there is not a computer program that does this for me, each diagram takes about an hour to draw with the computer mouse in an art program.
If you are still unsure which color or section you are working on let me know and I can draw onto your embroidery picture if you post it on the forum in the Students picture forum under your topic, or email me the picture.
It is a good idea when you are stitching the embroidery, when you have worked a section to highlight the section on the color chart on page 27, so that you know you have worked the section as it gets quite complicated as you get further into the embroidery, which section you have worked on and which you have not.
