It has been a tough start to January 2018 for me, experiencing a heavy cold and cough so sorry for the delay in notification for this months kit of the month.

Calgary is in the middle of a cold winter with lots of snow and I am looking forward to the return of spring but I will take advantage of the snow and still do some kicksledding with Monty.

The kit of the month for January is the Robin on Blossom Branch Needle Painting Kit. This very realistic form of embroidery is worked in DMC embroidery cotton threads on a cotton muslin fabric and is an intermediate to advanced level.
