Yes you could have had the dark grey stitches a bit closer together as it would look smoother and they didn’t quite go over the split stitch line, it’s probably not very noticeable in actual size.
I have drawn onto have your picture where you can add some stitches which will fill in the dark grey section a bit more and will make it look a bit smoother.
