Caroline Lynas
Hi everyone. My name is Caroline Lynas and I live in Northern Ireland just outside Belfast. I really enjoyed reading your introductions and look forward to seeing your progress within the class. I currently work in the NHS (National Health Service) and manage specialist nurses in cancer services. With the pandemic work has been very busy in supporting and sustaining services and we hopefully are now coming out of surge 3 with the current lockdown measures. Years ago I knitted and then cross stitched and then for a long time I did no crafts. I always wanted to be able to embroider and now with online classes this is a possibility. I have been buying kits for a long time and have a fear of starting them. I find long and short stitch difficult and hope to increase my confidence and skills through the class.
I have 2 dogs a Havanese (Lola) and a Cavachon (Bubba) and enjoy walking, reading and Netflix and recently joined a get into golf class.
