The row looks beautiful, well done!
You do not need to redo the stitches at the top of the row, the angle is fine, in fact the angle of your stitches is probably slightly easier to work the next row of stitches into.
You can continue on with the next row, please post a picture when you’ve done it because I would like to see how it went. You can post before you have completed the row if you need advice, or you would like me to check if it is going well.
