You can go a little deeper into the previous row with your long stitch, I have drawn on where you can bring your long stitches to, you can leave the stitches that you have already done.
You can add in some stitches in 415 to the left side of row 4 if you would like. it looks like I have put in some stitches on the left and forgot to put it on the diagram, sorry. If you do or don’t it won’t make much difference to the overall look to the embroidery so I will leave it to you.
