The row looks really good.
The additional black stitches in the grey section got a little bit lost you could add a few more longer stitches. I think you worked the stitches quite short and then they disappeared in between your grey stitches.
You can also add a few stitches to the black along the bottom of the red head to make it a bit wider as you will lose a little bit the black when you come to add in the grey section and it will make a nicer shape along the top edge.
Then you can go on to the next row.
