Glad it helps, it was a while before I found the best method of keeping the needles organized.
For me it is a bit easier now because I actually do finish the thread off after each section because I want to photograph the embroidery for the work in progress pictures and I don’t want threads all over the place making the photo look untidy but it is not necessary for you to end the thread after each section when you are working your own design.
