The drawing, marking-out set – prick and pounce includes:
- Steel or Wooden Pricker
- Size 10 Crewel Embroidery Needle
- Size 9 Crewel Embroidery Needle
- Pattern Pounce (tool to transfer pounce to fabric)
- Container of Grey or Black Pounce (new larger container)
- Mechanical Pencil with 0.5 mm Point and Lead
- Piece of Vellum Tracing Paper 5 inch by 5 inch
- Instructions
One container of pounce will do at least 100 transfers on a 10 inch by 10 inch pricked design. Please see other listings to purchase the supplies separately.

Tool – Pattern Pounce

The pattern pounce (pouncing tool) is a wooden tool with a piece of felt on the end. The round felt pad measures 1 1/4 inch (3 cm) wide.

Erasable Pen – Water
The water erasable marking pen has a pin-point tip that produces a very fine line. Use the pen for drawing embroidery designs onto fabric. When the embroidery is complete the blue pen line can be washed away.

Tool – Pricker: Wooden

The hardwood wooden pricker is used to prick the lines on the velum tracing paper for the transfer method of prick and pounce. An embroidery needle is screwed into the brass end of the pricker and takes sizes No. 2 – No. 10 Crewel Needles.
